At some point in our lives we all find ourselves in a place where we need care and confidential support from someone outside of our family and close friends. Having an experienced, compassionate and non-judgmental professional to help walk along side you can make all the difference! Life can be difficult, but you don't have to navigate your problems alone. I specialize in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR to help integrate therapy on a much deeper level, focusing on the processes our brains go through when we experience trauma, or any other kind of adversity. When disturbing events occur, it can get locked in the brain as it happened where we find that the processing of that event, stops. One of my strengths as a counselor is my ability to be personable with others, being able to relate to most people I come across, and my desire to help others. I truly am passionate about counseling, and love working with so many diverse individuals. The same light you see in others, is shining in you too.
